Do I need to be home when you service my yard? Nope! As long as our Poop Scoop Magicians have access to your yard (gate is unlocked), we can perform the service while you’re out. We’ll send you a "Heads Up" text when we're on our way and a "Pooh Poofed!" text when the job is done.

Can my dog be outside while you scoop? YES!!! We love our furry clients! If your dog is friendly and comfortable with new people entering the yard, we’d love to meet them! Once they’re comfortable around us, we’ll gladly dish out all the pets and snuggles they can handle. Just give us a heads up if you have any special tips or tricks we can do to help them feel comfortable. However, if your dog has aggressive and/or biting tendencies, we kindly ask that they stay inside for the safety of our team.

How often do you come? Most of our Brockville neighbours choose our Weekly service to keep the yard pristine, but we also offer Twice-Weekly, Bi-Weekly and One-Time "Spring Clean" visits for when things have gotten a little out of hand.

Do you scoop in the winter? YES! Dogs don’t stop in the winter and neither do we! We work year-round. While deep snow can sometimes hide a "landmine" or two, we stay on top of it so that when the spring thaw hits, you don't have a messy surprise waiting for you. And while the snow might hide a few extras, we never hide extra fees. For our regular service members, any extra cleanup required during the spring thaw comes at no additional cost.

What happens if it’s raining or there is a blizzard? We work through light rain and typical Brockville flurries. However, if the weather is hazardous, we will pause service and resume the following day. You will always be notified via text of any schedule changes.

Is dog waste really that bad for my lawn? Yes! Unlike cow manure, dog waste is highly acidic and can be packed with bacteria and parasites (like hookworms and roundworms). Unfortunately, dog waste doesn't "fertilize" your grass—it kills it and creates a health hazard for your family. Regular removal is the best way to keep your lawn green and your paws clean.

How do you prevent cross-contamination? This is where our professional magic shines. We follow a strict Sanitization Protocol meaning that all scoops, bins, and boots are disinfected with a veterinary-grade, pet-safe disinfectant between every single yard. Tools, buckets and haul-away waste receptacles are always kept separate and an end-of-day deep sanitation clean is performed on everything. We never bring another neighbour’s mess into your sanctuary.

What do you do with the waste? Depending on your preference, we either double-bag the waste and place it in your designated outdoor waste bin, or we haul it away for professional disposal with our sanitation partners. Our exclusive contract with WSM means your pet’s waste will always be properly poofed in accordance with Brockville and provincial waste and sanitation regulations.

Are there long-term contracts? The only disappearing acts here are the for the waste! You can start, pause, or cancel your service at any time. We believe in earning your business with every single scoop.

How do I pay? You can pay using your credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We use Jobber and STRIPE’s secure payment system, Canada’s choice for online shopping and trusted partners with Google, Amazon, Shopify, and millions more. We keep a card on file for automatic billing when you choose one of our regular service options. You’ll receive an electronic receipt for your records.
