Dog Waste Removal Service Terms of Service
By initiating service with POOHDINI you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Quotes
Instant Quotes are based on information provided by the client and standard yard size up to ½ acre. However, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. We will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services.
Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through a secure client portal. Clients must have a valid credit or debit card linked to their account prior to service. Invoices are generated automatically and charged according to the billing schedule selected at signup.
Billing Schedule
Billing occurs on the 1st of each month. Receipts are sent electronically. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance. Initial or one-time cleanups are billed prior to service and payment is due upon service completion.
Recurring services following an initial cleanup may be prorated for the remainder of the billing period. If payment information is not on file at the time of service, the cleanup may be skipped or rescheduled to the next available date.
Cancellation, Pausing, and Refunds
Cancellation: POOHDINI has no contracts, and clients may cancel service at any time for any reason with 48-hour notice. Cancellation or subscription updates can be made by calling in or through the customer portal.
Refunds: Subscription plans (monthly, quarterly, annually) and all services billed for a given billing period are non-refundable once that period begins. If a client cancels mid-billing cycle, service will continue through the paid period.
Pausing Service: Customers that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees, or spring cleanup fees when they return to their monthly subscription.
Scheduling and Arrival Times
Specific arrival times are not guaranteed. Service may occur anytime during operating hours. Routes are optimized daily for efficiency. Clients may receive a text notification 60 minutes prior to arrival. Service days are generally consistent. Any permanent changes will be communicated in advance.
Yard Access and Pet Policy
Access Requirement: Clients do not need to be home during service. Clients are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the yard, including unlocked gates.
No Access Procedure:
If we are unable to gain access because the gate is locked, your Scoop Technician will knock at the door and attempt to call you before skipping the yard. You will also be notified via the customer portal. You will still be charged for the cleaning, and POOHDINI will pull double duty the following week.
Dangerous Pet Procedure:
Dogs may be present during service if they are friendly and non-aggressive. We are still able to service yards with unsafe or aggressive animals, however they must be secured prior to our arrival. Clients are required to notify POOHDINI at the time of service request/booking if their dog is unsafe or aggressive, and confirm the dog is secured inside prior to service on the scheduled day. We will send an “on-the-way” text within 60 minutes of arrival on your scheduled day. If we don’t hear back from you, we will knock on the door when we arrive. If no one responds we will skip your home for the scheduled visit and resume the following week. We take these precautions for the safety of everyone and every animal involved.
If we have not been notified in advance and it is evident your dog is aggressive or will not let us clean the yard, we will attempt to contact you by knocking, texting and/or calling. If we are unable to clean due to a dangerous dog, you will still be charged for the visit, and POOHDINI will pull double duty the following week.
Holidays and Service Interruptions (Including Winter Weather)
Holidays and Severe Weather: If service falls on a major holiday or is impacted by severe weather, service will be rescheduled to the following business day.
Winter Operation: POOHDINI operates 12 months a year and will always show up when weather conditions are safe regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions.
Rescheduling: If we are unable to provide service on your scheduled day due to unsafe conditions, we will complete service the following business day. If unsafe conditions prevent service the following business day, we will work double duty the following week. Full charges will still apply as there is just as much pet waste and time spent on each yard.
Winter Subscription Benefit
Clients who maintain their subscription throughout the winter will not be charged for a spring cleanup when all of the snow melts and will continue with their subscription plan with locked-in rates.
Equipment and Sanitation
Equipment is disinfected regularly using appropriate cleaning products to reduce the spread of germs between properties.
Photos and Service Verification
Photos may be taken before or after service for quality control, verification, and record keeping purposes.
Changes to Terms
Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service at any time in accordance with these terms.
Agreement
By scheduling or receiving service, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and responsibilities.

Data Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect personal information. No online system can guarantee complete security.
